Be sure to let us know on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram what YOU played! For now, here are a few LifeisXbox writers to tell you about their weekend.
Dae Jim: Bright Memory, Maneater, Gears Tactics, Gears 5 online and COD Black Ops Cold War. Another weekend discovering how awesome games look on Xbox Series X. Another weekend being impressed by how awesome Quick Resume is, switching games where you left in a matter of seconds. I don’t think I will ever get used to how impressive that is.
Michelle: I played a game called Curse of the dead gods. Its still in early acces and we dont have a review for it but i can recommend annyway. Ive found it by an old video of a youtuber i watch (Sp4zie) and ive had so much fun with it. Shame there are no multiplayer options.. yet!? haha. And ive also started reviewing The wizard and the slug, more about that on the site later this weekÂ
Robby: The majority of the weekend went to beating the Aftermath DLC in Mortal Kombat 11. Loved seeing more of shang tsung and the new characters made it interesting, but the story was cliché and we didnt visit a single new location. Contrary to most people, I didnt mind the 90’s action heroes being added. Rambo is pretty boring, but Terminator and Robocop have really cool abilities, with Murphy probabky becoming my multiplayer main.Speaking of multiplayer, a miracle happened: I got my wife to play a game with me again. Or should I say “against me”. We played about 10 games of Tetris and even though she didnt win a single one, her interest in gaming seems rekindled. Edit: she won quite a few games on sunday evening. I’ll have to be careful around her, she’s improving
Xendacine: Played Destiny 2 for the most part!  And what an expansion it is! For the rest of the start of the weekend, I watched series. When I wasnt watching series, I spent my time playing overwatch with mlady. We played ranked (finally, I tend to be scared of that) and it all went great.
Also played a fair bit of Anthem aswell! Found a level 55 legendary! Pog!
Rafael: My weekend was almost entirely dedicated to my XIII review and (SPOILER ALERT) boy… this game didn’t well. Now I see why it’s been review-bombed everywhere.
Besides that, a single ePES2020 match and some Marvel movies with my wife. We’re now at Thor’s 2nd movie. Wait for me, Thanos: we’ll get to you eventually!
