It’s time to look back on the week we’ve just had! What did the weekdays look like for our writers? What was the biggest news from the week? and what are we looking forward to playing during the upcoming weekend? Our Eyes on the Week article will answer all three of these questions!
We’re curious about your opinion and played games, so be sure to share your stuff on our social media channels!

Once again, this week has been all about Genshin Impact. I have progressed to Chapter III and I’m currently using a team consisting of the traveller, Kaeya, XiangLing and Barbara. The first three are Level 70 while Barbara is lacking behind a little. Paimon is still being adorable as ever and her love for food reminds me of myself. If only I could float around and be like Paimon. Also, the cutscenes continue to blow me away with how dynamic and gorgeous they are to witness. Otherwise, nothing else from me.
Most interesting news of this week: Erm, Indiana Jones and The Great Circle is now avaliable on Xbox Games Pass Ultimate and Marvel Rivals seems to have gained a decent player base since it fully released.
Looking forward to playing: More Genshin Impact. I might revisit Phasmophobia and SCHIM too.

Let’s see, I’ve beaten Amanda The Adventurer 5 times in a single sitting and gotten the 1000G. Fun short point-and-click adventure that is horror-adjacent (it’s creepy for some but totally not scary) check Benny’s review [HERE]!
I’ve also been completely hooked on Roguebook again, the Belgian take on Slay The Spire (which I actually think is more fun.
On mobile I’ve played Tile Tales: Pirates (which is also coming to PC & consoles). It’s a tile puzzle game in which you can plunder some treasure. Completely up my alley theme-wise.
And my upkeep game is still Taiko No Tatsujin every morning. + I’ve made a little more progress in Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth.
Most interesting news of this week: I managed to get a cover for one of our PR clients in a magazine. More news on this later!
Looking forward to playing: Strangely enough want to check some new DLC content in older games: Mortal Kombat 1 and The Crew Motorsport.

Other than the usual Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 multiplayer and Persona 3 Reload, I also started playing Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, which is a remake of a GameCube/PS2 game that I loved playing as a kid. So far it’s been faithful, with a few additions that facilitate some aspects of the original, it feels pretty nostalgic.
Most interesting news of this week: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle finally releasing, I’m looking forward to playing it!
Looking forward to playing: More Persona 3 Reload, COD BO6, and Story of Seasons A Wonderful Life.

This week I’ve been playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’m still early in the game, but really enjoying it so far and there’s plenty of action from the start. I’ve also been playing Amanda The Adventurer, which is a unique game and not for the younger players as the name might suggest. You can read my review [HERE]
Other games I have been playing are Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 multiplayer and some Need For Speed Unbound for some adrenaline fueled racing!
A friend came over and we played some Worms W.M.D using our own custom versus mode, which is always bags of fun.
Most interesting news of this week: The great news that The Witcher 4 has now entered full production, those that know me well, will now that The Witcher 3 is one of my all time favourite games.
Looking forward to playing: More Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Black Ops 6 Multiplayer: Season 1 Reloaded which has new maps, and The Mortuary Assistant that I’m reviewing next. Hopefully I’ll also have time to try Indiana Jones and the Great Circle too.

Oooh it’s been a fun week for me, I have been playing a few DreadXP games like Amanda The Adventurer 2 And Sucker For Love: A Date to Die For. I’ve also got quite a few other games on the go too – I’ll have some reviews for you all as soon as I can. Talking of which my PC decided to go kersplat and I had to reinstall absolutely everything so that was fun. Might be time to start saving my pennies for an upgrade… should only take a century 😛
Most interesting news of this week: Ok so might only be news to me but Secret Level will be out very very soon on Prime, I loved the trailer for it and Prime seems to be pretty spot on when it comes to Series based on game franchises.
Looking forward to playing: More horror, lots more horror… and cosy games. Yup, weird combo I know.
Hello, I’m Victoria. I’m from the UK and have been playing video games for as long as I can remember; back on DreamCast. I’ve pretty much fallen for Xbox since I was around eight years old and remember BioShock being my first game on the Xbox360. Although I find it thoroughly enjoyable to not only experience gameplay, I also find comfort in getting lost and engrossed in the online worlds that sometimes differ greatly from what we know. Another side of my Xbox passion would be achievement hunting and gamerscore. I thrive when I hear the little sound of one popping up on the screen and I’m always finding ways to work on my backlog when possible. Horror is my favourite genre so if you have any recommendations, don’t be afraid to send them my way!
